Clipping & shirring machines

IC 18/15 — A reliable single clipper for series 18/15 clips, built in stainless steel, running up to 130 cycles/min across a 30-140mm diameter range (up to 250mm with the optional big exit). Can be fitted with a loop inserter, string dispenser, pneumatic casing brake and a slack-fill system for airless filling of cooked hams and roasts.
IC 15/12 — A high-speed clipper for series 15/12 clips, running over 180 cycles/min across a 20-90mm diameter range (up to 110mm on thin plastic casings) — the standard choice for small and medium sausages such as spreadable cheese, salami bites, mini pâté and sucuk.
IC AU 600/700 — Double automatic clippers that handle natural, cellulose, collagen and plastic casings up to 80mm (600), working with S-clips fed from spools, a touch-screen control panel, and up to 60 cycles/min.
IC SA 600/700 — Semi-automatic double clippers for cellulose, collagen and natural casings up to 80mm (600) or 115mm (700) — a lighter-duty option for small and medium sausage plants.
IC 600 S / 700 S — Compact single-table clippers in stainless steel and technical polymer, for closing artificial or natural casings, bags and nets; a horizontal version is available for bags and sacks.
IC AR 3001 — A shirring machine that gathers plastic, collagen and fibrous casing onto sticks from Ø30mm to Ø250mm using a two-rotor silicone-paddle system, with a changeover time of under 5 minutes between production runs.
